Our multi-day destination package is designed for those who are looking for an all-inclusive experience both domestically and internationally! This package includes 20 hours of coverage which can be split between multiple days covered by a lead photographer & and lead videographer. This is recommended for weddings with a multi day wedding and or destination wedding.

We don't believe that photography is one-size-fits all! We know are clients are unique and we work diligently to suit their needs. We serve clients who are looking to have their stories told through our lens of photojournalism. The first step in our initial meeting is to determine if we are the perfect fit for you!

The Consultation

Awesome! You have chosen to be an ADS Client! Now it's time to get into the details and secure your date so that we can make this dream a reality. We will send you a custom online booking proposal where you can review your package, sign our contract, and pay your deposit (50%) to make everything official. Now that you are an official ADS Client, it's time to get started!

The Booking

Our engagement sessions are a celebration of your love and the exciting journey towards your wedding day. With a keen eye for capturing intimate moments, we work closely with you to create a relaxed and personalized experience. Whether you prefer a romantic outdoor setting or a casual urban backdrop, our talented photographers will bring your vision to life and provide you with stunning images to cherish for a lifetime.

engagement Shoot

Once we are about 3 weeks from the event, we will start making sure that we are completely prepared for your event by creating custom timelines for our clients to ensure that you don't miss out on any of the action. 

Final preperations

It's here! Finally the day has arrived and we are ready to tell your story. For our couples this day will be like a blur to you so we make it a priority to capture traditional shots that every couple needs while also capturing the moments in between in a creative and unique way. 

your wedding day

After your wedding day is over, in roughly 5-6 months you will receive an online gallery full of all your images. We encourage our clients to time out to sit down and enjoy reliving your day/session after receiving a link to your online portal. In your online portal you will be able to pick out the images you would to have printed or create an album using your favorite images from the gallery.

We primarily serve Chicago-land Area, but we are available to travel all over the globe. Additional charges for travel expenses may apply for destinations beyond a certain radius. Contact us for more information on availability and travel fees.

What areas do you cover?

Yes, we bring back up camera and lighting equipment for all photographers.

Do you bring back up equipment?

We use professional, mirrorless Canon & Godox equipment to photograph during all weddings, portrait sessions and events.

What kind of equipment do you use?

Yes, are staff are well versed and have over 18+ years of experience. They have been photographing weddings, portraits, and events during that time. Their passion for their work is seen through the artistic expression in each and every photograph.

Are you an experienced photographer?

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find an alternative date that suits both parties. In case of cancellations, our cancellation policy will apply, which will be discussed during the booking process.

What if we need to reschedule or cancel our session?

Yes, once you receive the final photos, you have the rights to use and share them for personal and non-commercial purposes. However, for promotional or commercial use, please contact us to discuss licensing arrangements.

Can we share our photos on social media?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of reliability and ensuring that your event is covered, even in unforeseen circumstances. We have backup photographers available to step in if needed.

Do you offer a backup photographer in case of an emergency?

Of course! We encourage clients to communicate their preferences and desired shots before the shoot. This allows us to understand your vision and ensure that we capture the specific moments you have in mind.

Can we request specific poses or shots?

What if I have more questions?

We have a weather contingency plan! If the weather doesn't cooperate and we are not able to take planned outdoor photographs, we will schedule a second session for you at no cost to complete your coverage.

What do is your policy about inclement weather?

Dates are held with a deposit of 1/2 the cost of your chosen package.

Can you hold a date?

This amount varies depending on the type of session and the number of hours covered. A typical wedding or event could average around 100 images per hour. A typical session could average around 15+ images per half hour. These numbers are averages and may not be reflective of any one session/event.
